Hey everyone! I'm extremely bored and extremely in need of something. Because of this, I'm going to hold a little contest.

I REALLY REALLY could use a new desktop wallpaper, so whoever can create the best one wins a 3-month subscription on me!

Here's what I'm looking for:
--Something wallpaper-worthy, can be a drawing, painting, photograph, photoshopped picture, anything really
--Size: regular PC ratio, 1280x1024 or bigger please (4:3 or 5:4 ratio)
--Any theme, but overall dark color scheme
--Must be original (your own). I'm looking for something I HAVEN'T already seen on the internet

Alright then. If you want to enter, just submit your wallpaper as a deviation and post a link to it in this journal (as a comment).

Deadline: October 24 (2 weeks from now), that's when I'll decide who wins

you should take a stab at high speed photography. it sounds like something thats right up your alley. i think you could make some pics just as good as ~almumen
